Return Policy
We want you to be completely stoked about your purchase at War Scooters! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.)
DETAILS
- We do
not accept returns of assembled, custom complete Scooters.
- Upon
arrival, inspect your shipment carefully. If there is any loss or damage,
please contact us immediately.
- Once we
receive the product(s) (usually 3-5 business days), we will credit your
account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to post to your account.
- Refunds
on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account
as tendered at the time of purchase.
- In the
case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a
promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the
amount of the original discount.
- War Scooters will refuse items returned in unsalable condition.
- We
understand that everyone makes mistakes and if we ship you the wrong item,
we will pay for shipping the product back to War Scooters HQ and will ship
the replacement item back to you for free.
PACKAGING
- To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
CLOTHING
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
WARRANTIES
All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and we will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Read through the top section and make sure that you are eligible for a return
- Include the Packing Slip, Order Number, or Name the products were purchased under, along with a brief description in the box.
