Q: Has my order shipped yet?
A: When your order is shipped you will be sent a FedEx Tracking number to the e-mail provided to us.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We do our best to ship all orders same or next Business day. After that FedEx Home Delivery and Ground shipping is a 5 to 7 day ship. If you live close to Oregon It will normally take less time.
Q. I have only received half the items I ordered!
A: Some of the items you order may ship from different warehouses in the United States. This can mean that some items may arrive quicker then others. Tracking numbers for all packages are sent to you upon shipment.
Q: How much will shipping cost on my order?
A: In order to figure out how much shipping will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart. Then click on your shopping cart and at the bottom of the cart there is a shipping calculator. Make sure if the order is going to Canada that the zip code has a space in the middle, Example A12 B34.
Q: Will you ship to a PO Box?
A: We will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box, because FedEx will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box.

Q: I live in Canada and it seems my order is taking longer to process then normal.
A: International orders can take a bit longer to process then our normal orders. This is due to items needing to be sent to one location in order to be sent out in one package, for international shipping.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are Located in Portland, Oregon.

A: We have discount codes available during sales. You can find out if we are having sales by liking us on Facebook or signing up for our newsletter!
Q: Will you cut my bars to size?
A: Sorry but we do not alter the products that we carry in anyway, due to possible returns and warranty on products. We leave it up to our customers to alter the products.
